Julie has both doctorate and master's degrees in educational leadership, an administrative services certificate, and a multiple subject teaching credential. Dr. Foster spearheaded learning support programs within the Diocese of San Diego, making it possible for students with diverse learning profiles to attend schools that otherwise would not have been able to serve their needs. Dr. Foster has experience in general education and special education in primary, intermediate, middle and high school classrooms, giving her a wide perspective of teaching and learning.
